By installing or playing Spore & Co.: Mushroom Farm (the “game”) you agree to these terms with Disgruntled Toad (“we”).
- Licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
- Virtual items. Wild Spores, boosts and other in-game items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable except as required by law or Google Play’s refund policy. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms.
- Saves. Your progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in, in your Google account. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by device loss, uninstalling, or Google service changes.
- Fair play. Don’t tamper with the game’s save files, clock, or purchases. We may reset progress affected by tampering.
- Changes and availability. We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time.
- No warranty. The game is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
